All you have to do is give us the narrative reports, police reports, deposition summaries, interrogatory answers as well as radiology, surgical and rehab records. If there is anything else we need, we will ask. We also have a checklist we can send you to assist in preparing your material for submission.
On receipt, we organize your files, pull dates of treatment to develop a timeline fold-out, and scan or re-typeset portions of the reports for isolation and emphasis. We include stock medical and anatomical illustrations when available or create custom visuals and surgical storyboards to explain the procedures.
We cut the text down to just the most important elements. We summarize reports, highlight conclusions, include important photos and visuals up front and adjacent to its corresponding explanation. And arrange the information in a simple easy to read magazine style.
