Complete Pretrial Support

For years we have been known as the guys who take pictures, "blow up" documents and rent skeletons.

When we receive a call from a client, the first thing we want to know is when the trial will be. If the answer is not "tomorrow" (it happens often) we like to take the time to help in analyzing the case in terms of both liability and damages and work with the attorney to develop the most effective trial exhibit portfolio.

Trial Preparation

So you couldn't settle the case, the parties are far apart, your client won’t budge on the offer so you are off to court!

Many attorneys we work with handle a large volume of cases but rarely go to court. For younger lawyers, the other steps necessary to prepare for trial can overshadow the dynamics of trying a case. The combination of our 32 years in the visual evidence field along with the 35 years of trial experience of our in-house litigation consultant is made available to you under one roof. Trial preparation assistance at The Evidence Store comes in many varieties.

Through the use of our mock trial and focus group services we can assist you in fine-tuning the details of your case strategy, theme development and presentation dynamics. You can pool the jury panel and discuss what portions of the case might not have been explained properly, where the emphasis needs to be, and what visual aids you need to convey your message.

We work to create the most effective visual package, selecting from a variety of low tech to the latest high tech computer programs. We work with you as well in developing an effective presentation style so that you can obtain the maximum benefit from the tools we provide.

Witness preparation is also a major component of our services. If our jury was impressed with the facts of the case but turned off by your client, we can work with them to develop a style that will help better communicate the true nature of the injuries and damages they have suffered. Many times we find that the client does not want to go through the trial after working with our consultants. Knowing this ahead of time can assist in settling the case rather than risk a negative presentation in front of the real jury.

Theme development, witness preparation and courtroom technology consultation all combine to assist the attorney in maximizing their representation of the client.
